Preparation for interim critique

I have thought about a title for my conference and I am interested in investigating the title "Fold" I believe this title relates well to all aspects of my conference specifically talking about the future. The fold is a term used in web design and print, I believe that it's important to address the multiple types of design currently.

Concept Design One for Interim:

This design addresses my topic well and I believe all the symbols used and placed relates to the different aspects of graphic design, it is interesting and draws in the viewer. I am hoping tomorrows critique goes well. In this work I was considering other design work from artist models. 

Concept Design Two for Interim:

This is a iteration of my previous poster with the word fold in the image so the idea becomes much snappier to the viewer. I like having a very simplistic work.
